UNADOPTED MINUTES OF THE AGM HELD ON 11th MAY 2005 AT THE

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and it was proposed by Dennis G3NNQ, and seconded by Barry G4DYV, that they be accepted as a true record of the proceedings.

Chairman’s Report.
Paul G0POM, reflected sadly that Chris G0PXB, was no longer taking a active part in the group, He also stated that Tony Nightingale had taken over the organising of the Horncastle Rally under his guidance, Also that he had personally checked the fan on FR and found it working to satisfaction, and that gaining access to SO still remained unsolved.

Secretary’s Report.
Keith M1ERY, reported that apart from three letters of appreciation to G4OID, G0NWU, and G0PXB, the year had been very inactive.

Treasurer’s Report.
Dennis G3NNQ, presented the Balance Sheet for the year ending 31 March 2005, stating that there were no liabilities or outstanding bills combined with a small increase of funds the closing balance stood at £3,624.79, He also stated that from the existing float he had created 3 new floats one each for the Table, Door, and Raffle. this was carried as a true record of the groups finances by a unanimous acceptance.

Repeater Keeper’s Report.
Dave G8SFU. Reported he had renewed the NVO and was at this moment in time awaiting the return of the Insurance, otherwise everything was under control,

Engineering Report
Presented by Colin G4DDI, accepting the comments made the Chairman, no work outside of routine maintenance had been carried out.

Committee
A call to return the committee en-block with the exception of Barry G4DYV, replacing Chris G0PXB, went unopposed.

Summer Rally
Will be at Horncastle Youth Centre on Sunday July 24, 2005.

With no Other Business being submitted and a General Meeting deemed unnecessary the Chairman closed the meeting at 2120hrs
